The Story Behind The Puli Dog

This shop is proudly run by Nika, a spirited Maltipoo full of life and sass, and Onix, a sleek black medium Poodle with a heart of gold. Their human? Just the lucky assistant who handles the details while these two call the shots. 

The Puli Dog was created in honour of Mališa, the Puli who taught his human everything about love, loyalty, and life with a dog.

Of course, we can't forget Aki - the Japanese Akita who shared their home before Mališa was born and during his early years - who laid the foundation for many of those lessons.

The shop's mission is to raise awareness about the beauty and uniqueness of the Puli breed while celebrating all dogs. After all, there's no such thing as a bad dog, only bad humans.

Mališa was fluffy and proud, a dog who demanded space, but always within his human's space. 

For Nika, Mališa was more than a companion; he was her first mentor and authority (probably the only one). In her early days, he taught her everything she needed to know about being part of a family, from setting boundaries to giving (and receiving) kisses.

When Mališa passed away suddenly, his loss left an undeniable scar on Nika and her 'human'. But life has a way of sending help when you least expect it. 

That's when Onix entered the picture - a foster dog who quickly became a permanent family member. Gentle and sweet, Onix helped heal their human heart and formed an unbreakable trio with Nika.

Together, Nika and Onix have a mission: to spread love for all dogs, whether they're rocking cords like Mališa, curls like Onix, or their unique look. They believe every dog deserves to be celebrated, cherished, and loved - just as Mališa taught them.
